| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zabývá financováním rozvoje malých měst v oblasti Šluknovska. V první části je charakterizován způsob financování měst v České republice obecně. Ve druhé části je již pozornost věnována třem malým městům nacházejícím se v oblasti Šluknovska, jejich příjmům a výdajům a saldům jejich rozpočtů. Dále je zde zkoumám vliv krize z roku 2009 na rozpočty těchto měst. V další části jsou shrnuty získané poznatky a v poslední části jsou navržena řešení pro zvýšení efektivity financování rozvoje malých měst. |
| Abstract in different language: | The present work focuses on the financing of small towns development in the Šluknov region. The first part characterizes the method of financing of towns in the Czech republic in general. The second part focuses on three small towns located in the Šluknov region and their income and expenses and also their budget. Other part characterizes the influence of the crisis in 2009 on budgets of these towns. The next part sumarizes the facts and in the last part the solutions for more efective financing of small towns development are designed. |
