| Abstract: | Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je je zmapovať a opísať právnohistorický rámec právnych predpisov týkajúcich sa spevnených a nespevnených ciest v období rokov 1918 až 1992. Táto právna úprava ovplyvňovala nielen spôsob zabezpečenia výstavby a následnej správy ciest a komunikácií, ale aj oblasť financovania tejto nákladnej a potrebnej ľudskej činnosti, spôsob regulácie dopravy na cestách a správania sa jej účastníkov, postavenie štátu a verejnoprávnych korporácií pri správe ciest. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is to map and describe the legal and historical framework of the legislation concerning paved and unpaved roads in the period 1918 to 1992. This legislation influenced not only the way of ensuring the construction and subsequent management of roads and communications, but also the area of financing this costly and necessary human activity, the way of regulating traffic on roads and the behaviour of its participants, the position of the state and public corporations in the management of roads. |
