| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením ženy v římském právu. Hlavním cílem je popsat toto postavení a poukázat na to, jak se některé prvky tohoto práva promítly do práva dnešního. Pojem postavení ženy v římském právu je velice obsáhlé téma, a proto zde nejsou některé pasáže detailněji popsány. Velká část je zde zaměřena také na různé role a situace v rodině i mimo ni, do kterých se žena mohla v průběhu života dostat, a jakým způsobem byla diskriminována z důvodu pohlaví. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the status of women in Roman law. The main aim is to describe this position and to show how some elements of this law have been reflected in the law of today. The concept of the status of women in Roman law is a very broad topic and therefore some passages are not discussed in detail here. There is also a large section on the various roles and situations within and outside the family that a woman may have found herself in during her lifetime, and how she was discriminated against on the basis of her gender. |
