| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komplexní lázeňskou léčbu gastroenterologických onemocnění. Teoretická část představuje krátký náhled do historie lázeňství v České republice a ve světě. Dále jsou zde popsány funkční poruchy GIT, vybraná onemocnění trávicího traktu a procedury komplexní lázeňské léčby. Praktická část je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu, který probíhal v Rehab & Medical Clinic SAVOY WESTEND po dobu tří týdnů. Cílem je zhodnotit účinnost komplexní lázeňské léčby a poukázat na možnost jejího včasnějšího zařazení do léčebného procesu. Výstupem práce je šest kazuistik pacientů se zánětlivým střevním onemocněním, které obsahují anamnestická data, fyzikální vyšetření, modifikovaný test břišních svalů a dotazníkové šetření ze začátku a z konce komplexní lázeňské léčby. Podrobné informace a specifika pacientů a lázeňské léčby jsou přiblíženy v praktické části práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis focuses on complex spa treatment of gastroenterological diseases. The theoretical part presents a short overview of the history of the spa industry in the Czech Republic and in the world. It also describes functional disorders of the GIT, selected diseases of the digestive tract and procedures of complex spa treatment. The practical part is presented in the form of a qualitative research conducted at the Rehab & Medical Clinic SAVOY WESTEND for three weeks. The aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of the complex spa treatment and to point out the possibility of its earlier inclusion in the treatment process. The output of the study is six case reports of patients with inflammatory bowel disease, which include anamnestic data, physical examination, modified abdominal muscle test and questionnaire survey at the beginning and at the end of the complex spa treatment. Detailed information and specifics of the patients and the spa treatment are presented in the practical part of the thesis. |
