| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popis zkušeností pacientů s hospitalizací, kterou absolvovali v rámci chirurgického výkonu radikální nefrektomie pro karcinom ledviny. První část práce se věnuje teoretickým východiskům problematiky a v jejich návaznosti popisuje faktory ovlivňující zkušenost pacienta s operačním výkonem a dále v širším kontextu popisuje ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta s karcinomem ledviny v případě chirurgické léčby. Praktická část zajišťuje a popisuje prožívání a zkušenosti pacientů podstupujících radikální nefrektomii. Subjektivní zkušenosti pacientů byly zjišťovány pomocí rozhovorů. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že nejvíce ovlivňuje pacientovo prožívání hospitalizace, předchozí zkušenost, edukace všeobecnou sestrou a podpora rodiny a zdravotníků. |
| Abstract in different language: | The present bachelor thesis focuses on the description of patient's experiences with hospitalization they underwent in the framework of radical nephrectomy surgery for renal cancer. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical background of the issue and in its continuity describes the factors influencing the patient's experience with the surgical procedure, as well as in a broader context the nursing care of patients with renal cancer in case of surgical treatment. The practical part identifies and describes the experiences of patients undergoing radical nephrectomy. Patient's subjective experiance were collected through interviews. Research has shown that previous experience, education by a general nurse and support from family and medical professionals have the greatest impact on a patient's experience of hospitalisacion. |
