| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje psychosociálním aspektům léčby neplodnosti u žen. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá neplodností, léčbou v centru asistované reprodukce, psychogenní neplodností, vlivy na neplodnost a také rolí porodní asistentky. Teoretická část je tedy popsána z hlediska zdravotnického a psychologického. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Výzkumu se zúčastnily dvě participantky, které z důvodu neplodnosti podstoupily metody asistované reprodukce. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak ženy prožívají léčbu a zda u nich došlo k nějakým změnám v oblasti psychického stavu, partnerství, komunikace, chování, zaměstnání či životního stylu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with psychosocial aspects of infertility treatment in women. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part deals with infertility, treatment in the center of assisted reproduction, psychogenic infertility, influences on infertility and also the role of midwifery. The theoretical part is described from the medical and psychological point of view. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is processed in the form of qualitative research. The research involved two participants who underwent methods of assisted reproduction due to infertility. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out how women experience treatment and whether they have experienced any changes in their psychological state, relationship, communication, behavior, employment or lifestyle. |
