| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá péčí pacienta o dlouhodobý cévní vstup. Teoretická část práce pojednává o cévních vstupech, jak se dělí, jaké jsou druhy cévních vstupů, do hloubky se zabývá problematikou dlouhodobých cévních vstupů, uvádí, jaké jsou typy dlouhodobých katétrů, jak se zavádí dlouhodobý vstup a jaké jsou komplikace dlouhodobého cévního vstupu, zabývá se též parenterální výživou a v závěru teoretické části je popsána péče o dlouhodobý cévní vstup. Praktická část práce pomocí metody pozorování a následného dotazování zjišťuje, zda jsou pacienti schopni před propuštěním z hospitalizace pečovat o svůj dlouhodobý cévní vstup v domácím prostředí. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že ne vždy je použito správné převazové techniky, a ne vždy je postup dodržen, proto bylo natočeno edukační video, kde je ukázána správná převazová technika. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis deals with patient care for long-term vascular access. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with vascular entrances, classifies how they are divided into categories, and what types of vascular entrances there are. It also deals in depth with the issue of long-term vascular access, states what types of long-term catheters there are, how long-term access is introduced, and what the complications of long-term vascular access are. In addition, the theory also deals with parenteral nutrition and at the end of the theoretical part care for long-term vascular access is described. The practical part of the work, using the method of observation and subsequent questioning, determines whether patients are able to take care of their long-term vascular access in the home environment before being discharged from hospital. Research has found that the correct bandaging technique is not always used and the correct procedure is not always followed. For this reason, an educational video was filmed, where the correct bandaging technique is shown. |
