| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část rozpracovává témata, která jsou v kontextu s výzkumným problémem - charakteristika kostní dřeně, její odběr a transplantace včetně přípravné fáze a časného období po samotné transplantaci. V poslední kapitole se zaměřujeme na role sestry. Nejen na jejich definování v rámci ošetřovatelského procesu, ale i s přímým zaměřením na transplantační jednotku. V empirické části se zabýváme výzkumným problémem, kterým je, jakou roli má sestra v procesu transplantace kostní dřeně. Z uskutečněných rozhovorů se sestrami z transplantační jednotky jsme provedli analýzu dat a zmapovali, jakou roli má sestra v péči o pacienta na transplantační jednotce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part elaborates the topics that are in the context of the research problem - the characteristics of bone marrow, its collection, and transplantation, including the preparatory phase and the early period after the actual trans-implantation. In the last chapter we focus on the role of the nurse. Not only on defining them within the nursing process, but also with a direct focus on the transplant unit. In the empirical section we address the research problem, which is what role the nurse has in the bone marrow transplantation process. From the interviews conducted with nurses from the transplant unit, we analyzed the data and mapped the role of the nurse in the care of the patient in the transplant unit. |
