| Abstract: | V teoretických východiskách mé bakalářské práce se zabývám judem, silovými schopnostmi a příslušným věkovým obdobím. Charakterizuji jejich provázání a specifika rozvoje. Praktickou část tvoří vliv vlastní tréninkové intervence na rozvoj úchopové síly u tréninkové skupiny judistů JC Plzeň. Vstupního a výstupního motorického testování se zúčastnilo 37 probandů (30 chlapců a 7 dívek). Mezi testováním judisté v rámci tréninků v přípravném období absolvovali specifický trénink pro rozvoj úchopových silových schopností. Výsledky byly zpracovány pomocí matematicko - statistických metod a znázorněny v tabulkách a grafech. Závěrem jsem ověřil stanovené hypotézy výzkumu a vyvodil možnou inspiraci pro další výzkum či využití v praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the theoretical background of my bachelor's thesis I deal with judo, strength abilities and the relevant age period. I characterize their interconnection and specifics of development. The practical part consists of the influence of own training intervention on the development of grip strength in the training group of judokas JC Pilsen. 37 probands (30 boys and 7 girls) participated in the input and output motor testing. Between the testing, the judokas had a specific training for the development of grip strength skills in the preparation period. The results were analyzed using mathematical and statistical methods and presented in tables and graphs. Finally, I have verified the stated research hypotheses and deduced possible inspiration for further research or use in practice. |
