| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Metodologická část stanovuje cíle, úkoly a metody práce. První kapitola teoretické části se zabývá gymnastikou a jejím dělením. Ve druhé kapitole jsou představena jednotlivá gymnastická nářadí. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována bradlům o nestejné výši žerdí a jejich historickému vývoji. V praktické části jsou popsána a fotograficky znázorněna průpravná cvičení pro vybrané cviky kategorií výkonnostních stupňů a mistrovských tříd na bradlech o nestejné výši žerdí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The methodological part sets the objectives, tasks, and methods of the thesis. The first chapter of the theoretical part is focused on gymnastics and its division. Gymnastics events are introduced in the second chapter. The last chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to uneven bars and their historical development. Preparatory exercises for selected elements on uneven bars of gymnastics levels and elite classes are described and photographically illustrated in the practical part of the thesis. |
