| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tréninkovým mezocyklem fotbalového rozhodčího na úrovni výkonnostního fotbalu v kontextu ročního makrocyklu. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pravidla fotbalu, přehled soutěží a předpoklady pro funkci rozhodčího. Pozornost je věnována komplexní přípravě osobnosti rozhodčího, zdůrazněna je psychosociální, teoretická, taktická a kondiční příprava na utkání. Dále je zde uvedena periodizace celoročního tréninkového cyklu. V praktické části je navržen model kondiční přípravy v měsíčním tréninkovém cyklu předsoutěžního období. Předpokládám, že model by mohl být využit jako studijní materiál pro rozhodčí výkonnostního fotbalu. Obsah tréninkových jednotek je chronologicky rozpracován dle jednotlivých tréninkových mikrocyklů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the training mesocycle of a football referee at the level of fifth, fourth and third league in the context of the annual macrocycle. Theoretical part describing the basic rules of soccer an overview of competitions and the prerequisites for being a referee. There is the comprehensive preparation of the referee's personality, emphasizing, psychosocial, theoretical, tactical and fitness preparation for the matches. Furthermore the periodization of the year-long training cycle is presented. Practical part proposing a model of fitness preparation in the monthly training pre-competition cycle. I assume the model could be used as a study material for fifth, fourth and third league referees. The content of the training units is chronologically elaborated according to the individual training microcycles. |
