Abstract in different language:	Product innovation is essential part of company ́s success and modern product development relies on customer feedback as the source for innovation ideas. The customer feedback is also crucial in identification of necessary changes to the product. Gathering user data through cookies is major way how to get data on web pages. However, in January 2022 new law, which restricts use of cookies, come into force. The goal of the article is to analyse web pages of Czech spa resorts and its implementation of cookie banner which uses new opt-in approach. For the analysis, 127 web pages were analysed. From the results, it is evident, that only 70% of analysed web pages have correct cookie banner and almost 24% don ́t have cookie consent at all. Moreover, all of the analysed web pages which don ́t have cookie consent also uses third party cookies, especially from Google and Facebook. This alarming state is also explained thoroughly in the contribution.
