| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá hospodařením a možnostmi financování aktivit a projektů sportovního oddílu TJ Sokol Losiná. První kapitola je zaměřená na teoretická východiska, přičemž se práce zabývá především problematikou neziskových organizací, otázkou sportu, sportovních klubů a právním rámcem upravujícím sportovní neziskové organizace. Druhá kapitola se zabývá financováním a řízením sportovních neziskových organizací z teoretického hlediska. Třetí kapitola obsahuje ekonomickou analýzu oddílu TJ Sokol Losiná. Tato analýza zahrnuje představení společnosti, shrnutí hlavních příjmů a výdajů, analýzu absolutních, poměrových a rozdílových ukazatelů a analýzu Cash-flow. Ve čtvrté kapitole je zpracován rozpočet projektu modernizace multifunkčního sportovního hřiště. Poslední kapitola se zabývá vyhodnocením provedené ekonomické analýzy a stanovením konkrétních doporučení pro zlepšení stávající situace oddílu TJ Sokol Losiná. V závěru je provedeno shrnutí obsahu diplomové práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the management and possibilities of financing the activities and projects of the TJ Sokol Losiná sports department. The first chapter is focused on theoretical starting points, while the thesis deals primarily with the issue of non-profit organizations, the issue of sports, sports clubs and the legal framework governing sports non-profit organizations. The second chapter deals with the financing and management of sports non-profit organizations from a theoretical point of view. The third chapter contains an economic analysis of the TJ Sokol Losiná section. This analysis includes company introduction, summary of main income and outcome, analysis of absolute, ratio and difference indicators and Cash-flow analysis. In the fourth chapter, the budget of the project to modernize the multi-functional sports field is elaborated. The last chapter deals with the evaluation of the performed economic analysis and the determination of specific recommendations for improving the current situation of the TJ Sokol Losiná section. At the end, a summary of the content of the thesis is made. |
