dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se týká problematiky absolutního trestu, který již od roku 1990 není součástí našeho právního řádu. Práce se specializuje na vývoj tohoto trestu od prvních dochovaných zmínek, až po situaci po roce 1989. V rámci kapitoly historie se práce zabývá právními prameny, ze kterých tento trest vycházel, je řazena chronologicky a v rámci moderní historie je zaměřena na naše území. V rámci úpravy novodobých dějin se práce zabývá otázkou, co se stalo s uloženými a nevykonanými tresty smrti poté, co došlo ke změně právní úpravy a nahrazení trestu smrti trestem doživotním. Součástí jsou různé způsoby výkonu trestu i aktuální právní úprava, která je rozčleněna na úpravu vnitrostátní a mezinárodní.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis concerns the issue of absolute punishment, which has not been part of our legal system since 1990. The thesis focuses on the development of this punishment from the first surviving references to the situation after 1989. Within the chapter of history, the thesis deals with the legal sources on which this punishment was based, it is arranged chronologically and within the framework of modern history it focuses on our territory. Within the framework of the treatment of modern history, the thesis deals with the question of what happened to the death sentences imposed and not carried out after the change in legislation and the replacement of the death penalty by a life sentence. It includes the different ways of carrying out the sentence as well as the current legislation, which is divided into national and international regulation.en
