| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice sexuálního násilí mezi partnery. Cílem dané práce je poskytnout ucelený pohledu na problematiku sexuálního násilí mezi partnery. Práce je členěná do pěti kapitol, v nichž jsou blíže rozebrány pojmy týkající se problematiky a trestné činy, jenž jsou nejčastějšími projevy sexuálního násilí mezi partnery, jimiž jsou trestný čin znásilnění a sexuálního nátlaku. Závěr dané práce pak obsahuje návrhy na legislativní změny ve vztahu k dané problematice. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis focuses on the subject of sexual violence in itimate relationships. The goal of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of the issue of sexual violence in intimate relationships. The thesis is structured into five chapters, in which the concepts related to the issue are discussed in more detail and the crimes that are the most common manifestations of sexual violence in intimate relationships, which are the crimes of rape and sexual coercion. The end of the thesis contains proposals for legislative changes in relation to the issue. |
