| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá marketingovou komunikací a nekorektnostmi. V teoretické části jsou postupně popsány pojmy marketing, marketingový mix, marketingová komunikace, komunikační mix a jeho prvky. Následně je popsán pojem reklama, které komunikační kanály využívá, emoce v ní a apely jí využívané. Poslední jsou v teoretické části popsány nekorektnosti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu dat z dotazníkového šetření a vyhodnocení experimentu v podobě eye-trackingu a na jejich základě formulování návrhů doporučení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with marketing communication and incorrectness. In the theoretical part, terms such as marketing, marketing mix, marketing communication, communication mix, and its elements are gradually described. Next, the concept of advertising is described, including the communication channels it utilizes, the emotions involved and the appeals it employs. At last, incorrectness is described in the theoretical part. The practical part focuses on the analysis of data from a questionnaire survey and evaluation of an experiment in the form of eye-tracking, results of which are then used to propose recommendations. |
