| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá detailní analýzou pojmu hospodářské soutěže, přičemž je brán důraz na právní hledisko pojmu. Text se zaměřuje na výklad pojmu dominantního postavení a jeho možného zneužití v rámci hospodářské soutěže. Dále zkoumá specifika hospodářské soutěže v oblasti digitálních trzích a konkrétněji se zaměřuje na technologické společnosti. Analýza identifikuje, které technologické podniky nám poskytují služby a vysvětluje, proč jsou dnes tyto dominantní společnosti chápány jako významní aktéři moderní ekonomiky. Práce pojednává o možném budoucím přístupu k regulatorice technologických společností a také regulace samotné umělé inteligence. Cílem této práce je přiblížit čtenáře do nové problematiky moderně fungujících technologických podniků a pokusit se ukázat náročnost objasnění zneužívání dominantního postavení na trhu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with a detailed analysis of the concept of competition, with emphasis on the legal aspect of the concept. The text focuses on the interpretation of the concept of dominance and its possible abuse in the context of competition. It also examines the specifics of competition in digital markets and focuses more specifically on technology companies. The analysis identifies which technology companies provide us with services and explains why these dominant companies are now seen as important actors in the modern economy. The thesis discusses possible future approaches to the regulation of technology companies as well as the regulation of artificial intelligence itself. The aim of this paper is to introduce the reader to the new issue of modern technology companies and to try to show the difficulty of clarifying the abuse of market dominance. |
