| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o ekonomické činnosti obcí, přičemž konkrétně je práce zaměřena na finanční hospodaření města Přeštice. V teoretické části práce jsou zpracována teoretická východiska k dané problematice. Představen je historický vývoj územně samosprávných celků, dále jsou definovány základními aspekty obce a organizace, které obec může zřizovat. Praktická část bakalářské práce nejprve charakterizuje vybrané město Přeštice. Následně je analyzováno finanční hospodaření daného města, je provedena finanční analýza dvou příspěvkových organizací. Na základě výsledků z provedených analýz je vyhodnoceno hospodaření města a jím zřizovaných příspěvkových organizací. Před samotným závěrem je navrženo několik doporučení pro budoucí vývoj města. Závěr práce shrnuje řešenou problematiku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the economic activity of municipalities, specifically focusing on the financial management of the town Přeštice. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the theoretical background to the given issue. The historical development of local self-government unit is presented, then the basic aspects of a municipality and the organizations that a municipality can establish are defined. The practical part of the bachelor thesis first characterizes the selected town of Přeštice. Subsequently, the financial management of the given town is analysed and the financial analysis of two contributory organizations is carried out. Based on the results of the analyses, the management of the town and the contributory organisations established by it is evaluated. Before concluding, several recommendations are proposed for the future development of the town. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the issues addressed. |
