| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit nákupní proces společnosti Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s. r. o. za použití analýzy konkrétních nákupních případů oddělení nákupu a navrhnout možná opatření pro zvýšení efektivity tohoto procesu. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny klíčové pojmy a koncepty týkající se organizace a řízení nákupu v podniku. Praktická část práce se soustředí na seznámení se samotnou společností, fungováním a organizací nákupního útvaru, procesem řízení nákupu a také řízením zásob. Analyzují se konkrétní nákupní postupy a případy, což vede k identifikaci nedostatků v nákupním procesu, které způsobují zvýšení nákladů a prostoje ve výrobním procesu. V závěrečné části práce jsou navržena opatření s cílem zefektivnit nákupní proces. Tato opatření se zaměřují na zlepšení spolupráce s dodavateli, zvýšení míry včasného plnění dodávek, optimalizaci zásob a zlepšení efektivity práce samotného nákupního oddělení. Tato opatření mají pomoci eliminovat identifikované nedostatky a přispět k celkové efektivitě a hospodárnosti nákupního procesu ve společnosti Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s. r. o. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the purchasing process of Carrier Refrigeration Operation s. r. o. using an analysis of specific purchasing cases of the purchasing department and to propose possible measures to increase the efficiency of this process. The theoretical part of the thesis presents key concepts and concepts related to the organization and management of purchasing in a company. The practical part of the thesis focuses on getting acquainted with the company itself, the functioning and organization of the purchasing department, the purchasing management process and inventory management. Specific purchasing procedures and cases are analysed, which leads to the identification of shortcomings in the purchasing process that cause increased costs and downtime in the production process. In the concluding part of the thesis, measures are proposed to streamline the purchasing process. These measures focus on improving cooperation with suppliers, increasing the rate of on-time order fulfillment, optimizing inventory and improving the efficiency of the purchasing department itself. These measures should help to eliminate the identified shortcomings and contribute to the overall efficiency and economy of the purchasing process in Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s. r. o. |
