| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na problémy migrace a trhu práce Plzeňského kraje, a to v období od velké recese do roku 2023. Analyzuje vliv zásadních události tohoto období na příchod cizinců a nezaměstnanost v Plzeňském kraji. V souvislosti s válkou na Ukrajině je prostřednictvím dostupných dat zpracována analýza struktury uprchlíků, jejích vstup na pracovní trh a proces integrace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the migration and labour market problems of the Pilsen Region in the period from the Great Recession to 2023. It analyses the impact of the major events of this period on the arrival of foreigners and unemployment in the Pilsen Region. In the context of the war in Ukraine, an analysis of the structure of refugees, their entry into the labour market and the integration process is elaborated through available data. |
