| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sociální klima na pracovišti a jeho nejdůležitější aspekty. Teoretická práce vysvětluje a popisuje jednotlivá témata jako jsou vztahy na pracovišti, vnímání lidí či motivaci a jejich charakterizaci. Praktická část si kladla za cíl představit a identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují sociální klima na pracovišti. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno ve společnosti Safran Cabin s.r.o., přičemž sběr dat byl proveden za pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s vedoucím inženýringu. Hlavní výstup této bakalářské práce je analyzovat, zda má příznivé sociální klima dopad na efektivitu zaměstnanců. Dále, zda špatné vztahy se stresem na pracovišti a rozložení organizace ovlivňují klima. V samotném závěru je shrnutí celé práce i s autorovo doporučením a také možné rozšíření výzkumné části. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the social climate in the workplace and its most important aspects. The theoretical work explains and describes individual topics such as relationships at the workplace, people's perception or motivation and their characterization. The practical part aimed to present and identify factors that influence the social climate at the workplace. The research investigation was carried out at Safran Cabin s.r.o., while data collection was carried out using a semi-structured interview with the head of engineering. The main output of this bachelor thesis is to analyze whether a favorable social climate has an impact on the efficiency of employees. Further, whether poor relationships with workplace stress and organizational layout influence climate. In the very conclusion, there is a summary of the entire work, including the author's recommendation, as well as a possible expansion of the research part. |
