| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci povinností spolku podle platných zákonů a následně na vytvoření přehledných procesních návodů pro jeho provoz. V první části práce je popsána charakteristika spolku a legislativní požadavky pro jeho vznik a založení. Dále se práce zabývá povinnostmi při provozu spolku, jako je účetnictví, podání daňového přiznání a aktualizace informací ve spolkovém rejstříku. Část práce je věnována pořádání hudebních produkcí v různých lokalitách a s tím spojenými povinnostmi. Výstupem práce jsou detailní procesní návody s instrukcemi pro úspěšné řízení spolku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis focuses on identification of obligations of association according to the applicable laws and subsequently on the creation of clear procedural instructions for its operation. The first part of the thesis describes the characteristics of associations and the legislative requirements for its creation and establishment. Furthermore, the work deals with duties during the operation of the association, such as accounting, filing tax returns and updating information in the register of associations. Part of the work is devoted to organizing musical productions in various locations and the related duties. The output of the work is detailed procedural manuals with instructions for the successful management of the association. |
