| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím ergonomických prvků při používání stolního počítače na základních školách v Plzeňském kraji z pohledu ergoterapeuta. Cílem práce je identifikovat zdravotní rizika spojená s používáním stolních počítačů studenty a učiteli a navrhnout opatření, která by tato rizika minimalizovala. Teoretická část poskytuje přehled o ergonomii, jejích principech a významu v edukačním prostředí s důrazem na muskuloskeletální zdraví. V praktické části byla provedena analýza stávajících podmínek na vybraných základních školách v Plzeňském kraji pomocí měření a dotazníkového šetření. Zjištění ukazují, že mnoho školních pracovišť nenaplňuje základní ergonomické standardy, což může vést k zdravotním problémům, jako jsou bolesti zad a krční páteře. Tato práce přináší nový pohled na ergonomii ve vzdělávacím prostředí a zdůrazňuje roli ergoterapeuta v prevenci zdravotních problémů spojených s používáním počítačů ve školách. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the use of ergonomic elements in the use of desktop computers in primary schools in the Pilsen region from the perspective of an occupational therapist. The aim of the thesis is to identify health risks associated with the use of desktop computers by students and teachers and to propose measures to minimize these risks. The theoretical part provides an overview of ergonomics, its principles and it's importance in the educational environment with an emphasis on musculoskeletal health. In the practical part, an analysis of existing conditions in selected primary schools in the Pilsen region was carried out using measurements and a questionnaire survey. The findings show that many school workplaces do not meet basic ergonomic standards, which can lead to health problems such as back and cervical spine pain. This paper provides a new perspective on ergonomics in educational settings and highlights the role of the occupational therapist in preventing health problems associated with computer use in schools. |
