V praktické části byly vyhodnoceny a zpracovány výsledky a dále byly zodpovězeny 4 předem stanovené výzkumné problémy. |
Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the effect of fetal position on lower limb loading and posture in pregnant women. The theoretical part briefly describes the anatomy of the pelvis and pelvic floor, physiological changes during pregnancy, fetal development, and last but not least, fetal positioning in utero. The last section deals with posture and the lower limbs. The aim of the practical part is to find out whether the fetal position affects the load on the lower limbs of the pregnant woman and what are the most common postural variations depending on the fetal position. Nine women with different fetal positions participated in the research. The probands were examined for lower limb loading on the PodoCam device, standing on two scales and an aspectual examination of standing was performed. In the practical part, the results were evaluated and compiled, and 4 predetermined research problems were answered. During the measurements, it was found that 8 out of 9 women put more load on the lower limb towards which the back of the fetus faces. The results show that fetal position affects the loading of the lower limbs but has no significant effect on posture. |
