| Abstract: | V dnešní době je fitness velmi rozšířeným fenoménem, který je úzce spjatý s vizuálním vzhledem člověka, ale i jeho psychickou stránkou či zdravým životním stylem. Cílem bakalářské práce je komparace zavedených a nových uživatelů v oblastni fitness a jejich motivací a postojů. Ke komparaci jsem využil získáné data z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů od šesti respondentů. Díky tomu jsem dosáhl zjištění, že podstatnou částí je vnitřní motivace, která se postupně objevuje u většiny uživatelů. |
| Abstract in different language: | In today's world fitness is a widespread phenomenon closely associated with both the visual appearance of individuals and their mental well-being or healthy lifestyle. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to compare established and new users in the field of fitness and their motivations and attitudes. For comparison I utilized data obtained from semi-structured interviews with six respondents. As a result I found that a significant portion of motivation is intrinsic, gradually emerging in the majority of users. |
