| Abstract: | Diplomová práce představuje a vysvětluje změny v procesních postupech zdravotních pojišťoven při výkonu veřejné správy, které byly zavedeny novelou zákona o veřejném zdravotním pojištění od 1. 1. 2022. Práce také rozebírá jednotlivé oblasti, kterých se změny dotkly, významná část práce je věnována posuzování nároku na mimořádnou úhradu jinak nehrazené zdravotní služby dle § 16 zákona o veřejném zdravotním pojištění. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis presents and explains the changes in the procedural steps of health insurance companies in the execution of public administration, which were introduced by the amendment to the Public Health Insurance Act from 1 January 2022. The thesis also analyses the individual areas affected by the changes, a significant part of the thesis is focused on the assessment of entitlement to extraordinary reimbursement of otherwise unreimbursed health services under Section 16 of the Public Health Insurance Act. |
