| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá alergenovou imunoterapií z pohledu všeobecné sestry. V teoretické části se věnuji alergiím, diagnostickým metodám a možnostem terapie. V další části popisuji alergenovou imunoterapii, objasňuji její indikace, kontraindikace, možnosti podání alergenu a nežádoucí reakce. V poslední kapitole se zaměřuji na roli sestry při aplikaci alergenové imunoterapie, edukaci a ošetřovatelskou péči po aplikaci. Praktická část byla realizována kvalitativním výzkumným šetřením. Data byla získávána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a následně zpracována pomocí otevřeného kódování a kategorizace. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit úlohu sestry v alergologické ambulanci v oblasti aplikace alergenové imunoterapie. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis focuses on allergen immunotherapy from the nurse's point of view. In the theoretical part I deal with allergies, diagnostic methods and therapy options. In the next part I describe allergen immunotherapy, explaining its indications, contraindications, possibilities of allergen administration and adverse reactions. In the last chapter I focus on the role of the nurse in the application of allergen immunotherapy, education and nursing care after application. The practical part was carried out by qualitative research investigation. Data were collected by semi-structured interviews and subsequently analyzed using open coding and categorization. The aim of the research was to determine the role of the nurse in the application of allergen immunotherapy. |
