| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá holistickou péčí porodní asistentky o ženu po cí-sařském řezu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce je představena problematika císařského řezu (historickým vývojem, indikacemi, anestezií a provedením operace), bondingem, průběhem šestinedělí v porodnici a domácím pro-středí, vazbou na novorozence, kojením a psychikou. Praktická část práce byla zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Skládá se ze sedmi rozhovorů s jednou ženou, u které proběhl porod císařským řezem. Cílem práce je zpracování hloubkového rozhovoru, popisujícího život ženy po císařském řezu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the holistic care of midwives for women after C-section. The thesis is split into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, are described the issues of C-section (historical development, indications, anaesthesia and performance of the operation), bonding, postpartum period in the hospital and home envi-ronment, relation with the newborn, breastfeeding and psychology. The practical part of the thesis was developed in the form of qualitative research. It consists of seven interviews with one woman who had a C-section. The aim of the the-sis is to elaborate an interview describing the life of a woman after a C-section. |
