| Abstract: | Tato teoretická bakalářská práce je zaměřena na prevenci medikačního pochybení v ošetřovatelské praxi. Prevence medikačních chyb je důležitou součástí ošetřovatelské péče. Ale slouží i jako ukazatel kvality a bezpečí poskytované péče. Tato práce se snaží zmapovat a analyzovat metody prevence vzniku medikačních chyb. Z vyhledaných informací byly popsány příčiny a navrženy možné preventivní opatření ke snížení medikačního pochybení a doporučení pro další výzkum. |
| Abstract in different language: | This theoretical bachelor thesis focuses on the prevention of medication errors in nursing practice. Medication error prevention is an important part of nursing care. But it also serves as an indicator of the quality and safety of the care provided. This thesis attempts to map and analyze methods of medication error prevention. From the in-formation retrieved the causes were described and possible preventive scalds to reduce medication errors were suggested and recommendations for futher research were made. |
