| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vývoj ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s akutním renálním selháním. Teoretická práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní kapitoly. První sumarizuje akutní selhání ledvin, náhrady funkce ledvin a ošetřovatelskou péči v současnosti. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na český a světový historický vývoj a obsahuje důležité časové milníky. Popisuje ošetřovatelskou péči a kompetence prvních sester v nefrologii. Práce obsahuje jednotlivé změny v terapii pomocí eliminačních metod a transplantace ledvin. Cílem práce je zmapovat, jak se péče o pacienty s akutním renálním selháním vyvíjela. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis is focused on the development of nursing care for patient with acute renal failure. This theoretical work is divided into two main chapters. The first summarizes acute renal failure, renal function replacement and nursing care today. The second chapter focuses on Czech and world historical development and contains important time milestones. It describes the nursing care and competences of the first nurses in nephrology. The thesis includes individual changes in therapy using elimination methods and kid-ney transplantation. The thesis aims to chart how the care of patients with acute renal failure has evolved. |
