| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí sestry při zvyšování adherence k léčbě hypertenze. Teoretická práce je zaměřena na efektivní ošetřovatelské intervence realizované za účelem zvyšování adherence v léčbě hypertenze. Dále jsou v práci popsány role a povinnosti sestry při léčbě pacienta s hypertenzí a sesterské intervence pro zvyšování a udržení adherence k léčbě hypertenze. Praktická část shrnuje údaje získané na základě vybraných zdrojů týkající se role sestry při zvyšování adherence k léčbě hypertenze. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit literární přehled, který se týká efektivních ošetřovatelských intervencí realizovaných za účelem zvyšování adherence v léčbě hypertenze. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the role of the nurse in increasing adherence to hypertension treatment. The theoretical work focuses on effective nursing interventions implemented to increase adherence in the treatment of hypertension. Furthermore, the thesis describes the roles and responsibilities of the nurse in treating the patient with hypertension and nursing interventions for increasing and maintaining adherence to hypertension treatment. The practical part summarizes data obtained from selected sources regarding the role of the nurse in increasing adherence to hypertension treatment. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to produce a literature review concerning effective nursing interventions implemented to increase adherence in the treatment of hypertension. |
