| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zkonstruovat lis na pelety o malém výkonu, určený zejména k provozu v domácím prostředí. První část se zabývá rešerší peletovacích lisů jako takových. Nejprve je vysvětlena charakteristika a pro-blematika pelet, autor zde popisuje, jaká je vhodná surovina pro výrobu pelet, taktéž se zaměřuje na provozní charakteristiky typického lisu. Druhá část práce se již zaměřuje na samotnou konstrukci lisu. Značné úsilí je věnováno teorii, zabývající se vznikem a působením sil od lisované suroviny, tato část je zcela zásadní pro kvalitní návrh součástek lisu. Autor dále popisuje, jak daný výkon motoru ovlivňuje lisovací parametry. Při samotném konstruování je taktéž myšleno na bezpečnost obsluhy a též na snadný transport zařízení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to construct a pellet press with a small power, intended especially for operation in a domestic environment. The first part deals with the research of pellet presses as such. First, the characteristics and problems of pellets are explained, the author describes the suitable raw material for the production of pellets and also focuses on the operating characteristics of a typical press. The second part of the work already focuses on the design of the press. Considerable effort is devoted to the theory dealing with the origin and action of forces from pressed raw materials, this part is abso-lutely essential for the quality design of press components. The author goes on to describe how the given engine power pressing parameters. During the construction itself, the safety of the operator is also taken into account, as well as easy transport equipment. |
