| Abstract: | Tématem této rigorózní práce jsou ?Vybraná legislativní úprava FinTech v České republice a jeho užití v praxi?. Hlavním cílem této práce je představit vybranou legislativní úpravu FinTech v České republice a částečně i na území Evropské unie v návaznosti na evropskou legislativu, která danou oblast reguluje, například směrnice PSD2 nebo nařízení eIDAS. Tato rigorózní práce se rovněž zabývá tématikou Bankovní identity a eGovernment. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this rigorous thesis is ?Selected legal framework of FinTech in the Czech Republic and its use in practice?. The main objective of this rigorous thesis is to present selected legislative regulation of FinTech in the Czech Republic and partly in the European Union in relation to European legislation regulating this area, such as the Payment Services Directive 2 or the eIDAS Regulation. This rigorous thesis also deals with the topic of Banking Identity and eGovernment. |
