| Abstract: | V teoretické části své práce se snažím především shromáždit co nejširší škálu informací o gymnastice, konkrétně sportovní gymnastice. Dále popíšu mladší školní věk a starší školní věk. Dále zdůrazním a nastíním, jak přistupovat ke konkrétní věkové skupině a jaké pohybové aktivity a formy jsou vhodné pro výběr této cílové skupiny. Praktická část představuje soubor gymnastických her a aktivit vhodné pro děti mladšího a staršího školního věku. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the theoretical part of my work, primarily to gather as broad a range of information as possible about gymnastics, specifically sports gymnastics. Furthermore, I will describe the younger school age and the older school age. In the theoretical section, I will emphasize and outline how to approach the specific age group and what physical activities and forms are suitable for selecting this target audience. The practical part presents a collection of gymnastic games and activities in an entertaining and motivational format suitable for elementary school students. This collection includes physical activities that can be incorporated into the curriculum for children of both younger and older school age. |
