| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce s tématem "Šikana v dětských domovech na Domažlicku" je osvětlit tuto problematiku a zjistit, zda se šikana v dětských domovech na Domažlicku vyskytuje či nikoliv. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy jako je agrese, agresivita, šikana, popisuje znaky, příčiny, stádia a formy šikany a zabývá se aktéry šikany a prací s nimi. Okrajově je v diplomové práci vymezena ústavní výchova a zařízení jako je dětský domov, dětský domov se školou a diagnostický ústav. Poslední kapitola teoretické části zahrnuje prevenci šikany. Ve výzkumné části jsem zhodnotila získané poznatky z výzkumu, který byl realizován pomocí rozhovorů mezi dětmi a pracovníky v dětských domovech. Zdrojem informací k diplomové práci byla převážně odborná literatura autorů, dále internet a výsledky z mého vlastního výzkumu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The goal of the thesis with the theme of "Bullying in orpahnages in the area of Domažlice" is to illuminate this issue and find out whether bullying in orphanages in the area of Domažlice occurs or not. The theoretical part explains the basic terms such as aggression, aggressiveness, bullying. Describes the characteristics, the causes, the stages and the forms of bullying and deals with the actors of bullying and the work with therm. Marginally is in this thesis defined the institutional care and the facilities such as orphanage, a orphanage with the school and diagnostic institute. The last part of the theoretical part includes the prevention of bullying. In the research part I assessed the obtained knowledge from research that was implemented using the interview among children and workers in the orphanages. The source of information for this thesis was mainly the professional literature as well as Internet and results from my own research. |
