Abstract: This paper proposes a new class of subdivision schemes. Previous subdivion processes are described by the movement and generation of vertices, and the faces are specified indirectly as the intersections of these faces. In this sense, this paper gives a framework for a wide class of new subdivision methods. In short, the new subdivision is a dual framework of an ordinary subdivision based on the principle of duality in projective geometry. So, the new subdivision scheme
