Abstract: Diplomová práce nese přesný název Poruchy příjmu potravy u adolescentů. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V úvodní kapitole diplomové práce jsme charakterizovali a vymezili poruchy příjmu potravy. Zaměřili jsme se především na dva nejčastější a nejzávažnější syndromy, tj. mentální anorexii a mentální bulimii. Dále jsme zmínili i atypické a nespecifické formy poruch příjmu potravy.
Abstract in different language: The thesis Eating Disorders of Adolescents is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Eating disorders are characterized and defined in the introductory chapter of the thesis. We focused mainly on the two most common and most serious syndromes, ie, anorexia nervosa and bulimia. In the same chapter we also mentioned atypical and non-specific forms of eating disorders. The first chapter is followed by a brief history of these diseases. The center of the thesis was the adolescent age group, for this reason we considered it important to define and describe this period and its developmental traits. Another part of the theoretical work includes the etiology of these disorders. This chapter deals with biological, psychological, family, sociocultural factors and last but not least, diets and starvation. In the next part the thesis refers to comorbid problems. Then we described the course, symptoms and consequences of both anorexia and bulimia. The penultimate chapter of this part presents all sorts of treatments and therapies. Prevention chapter closes the theoretical part. The practical part consists of a survey undertaken in secondary school in Pilsen, with the help of a questionnaire EAT-26. The survey results are summarized in the final chapter.
