| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá definováním zátěžových situací u Hasičského záchranného sboru, Policie a Vězeňské služby. Všechna tato povolání se řadí mezi riziková a hrozí u nich vysoké procento stresu. Proto je vhodné veřejnost seznámit nejen s teoretickými znalostmi týkajícími se definicí náročných životních situací a jejich možnými dopady, ale také s konkrétními poznatky o možných příčinách v rámci zmíněných profesí. K dalším bodům práce patří výzkumné šetření založené na provedených dotaznících a rozhovorech. Toto výzkumné šetření má za cíl zjistit a porovnat dopad zátěžových situací na příslušníky jednotlivých bezpečnostních složek. Dalším bodem výzkumu je zjištění, která část bezpečnostních složek si dopady stresu na svou osobu nejvíce připouští, která je nebagatelizuje. Také se práce zabývá zjištěním, jaká řešení nastalých krizových situací by která složka (hasiči, policisté, vězeňská služba) doporučovala. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis defines stressful situations in Fire Rescue Force, Police and Prison Service. All of these occupations are considered risky and are strongly under the influence of stress. Therefore, it is appropriate to inform the public not only with theoretical information that defines demanding life situations and their consequences but also with practical information about possible causations of the mentioned occupations. The other part of the thesis focus on the research that is based on questionnaires and interviews. The research´s aim is to find out and compare the consequences of demanding life situations on members of individual safety service. The other part of the research investigates members of safety service who are highly aware of the consequences of stress and those who do not trivialize them. Additionally, the thesis shows the recommended solutions of individual members of safety service (Fire Rescue Force, Police and Prison Service). |
