| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analyzovat motivační program Krajského ředitelství policie Karlovarského kraje a zjistit, jak s ním jsou spokojeni jeho pracovníci. Bylo zjišťováno, co je v zaměstnání znepokojuje, co naopak vítají, jaká mají očekávání do budoucnosti. Ze zjištěných skutečností jsou poté v závěru práce navržena opatření směřující ke zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this work is to analyze the motivating plan of the Regional police headquarters in Karlovy Vary region and to find out how its employees are satisfied with it. It was investigated what they worry about in thein job, on the contrary what they welcome, what expectation to future they have. In the end of this work measures aiming to improvement have been suggested. |
