| Abstract: | Předmětem této práce je zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice, která přímo souvisí s pracovní náplní autora. Shrnuje základní teoretické poznatky související s problematikou hodnocení investic a investičním rozhodováním, popisuje jednotlivé fáze investičního procesu a moderní metody užívané k analýze efektivnosti investic. V praktické části se zabývá investičním projektem v reálné firmě, aplikací teoretických poznatků, na jejichž základě formuluje závěrečné zhodnocení jeho ekonomické efektivnosti a doporučení pro budoucí investiční rozhodování firmy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this thesis is the evaluation of investment economic efficiency which is directly connected with the author´s workload. It summarizes common knowledge related to investments evaluation and investment decision, describes individual phases of investment process and modern methods which is used for analysis of investment efficiency. It deals with the investment project in the real company and also with application of common knowledge in the practical part and then formulates a final evaluation of its economic efficiency and recommendation for future investment plans of company |
