| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na provedení finanční analýzy společnosti Grandhotel Pupp Karlovy Vary a.s. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace ve sledovaných letech a navrhnutí opatření pro vybraný problém či oblast společnosti. V první části jsou uvedeny teoretická východiska finanční analýzy, které jsou potřebné pro praktickou aplikaci. Finanční analýza nám slouží ke komplexnímu zhodnocení finanční situace podniku a je součástí finančního řízení. Následně je charakterizována samotná společnost Grandhotel Pupp a provedena finanční analýza. Hlavními zdroji informací pro vypracování finanční analýzy byly účetní výkazy společnosti za roky 2008 až 2011. Provedenou finanční analýzou bylo zjištěno, že nejlepšího výsledku společnost dosahuje v roce 2011, jak nám dokazují výsledky jednotlivých ukazatelů. V poslední části jsou uvedeny návrhy opatření v problémových oblastech společnosti. Největším problémem společnosti je výše krátkodobých pohledávek, neboli je zde problém včasného splácení pohledávek. Navrhnutým řešením je zpřísnění obchodní úvěrové politiky, stanovení úvěrových limitů a stanovit rating jednotlivých odběratelů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on conducting a financial analysis of the Grandhotel Pupp Karlovy Vary a.s. company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company in the given years and to propose a solution to chosen issue or area of the company. The first part is about theoretical background of the financial analysis which is essential for its practical application. The financial analysis serves as a complex evaluation of the financial situation of the company and is a part of financial managment. Then the Grandhotel Pupp company itself is characterised and the financial analysis is conducted. The main sources for the financial analysis were the acount sheets of the company for the years 2008 to 2011. The best results were achieved in the year 2011 as the analysis of different indicators shows. In the last part, a proposition for issue areas of the company is made. The greatest issue of the company is the amount of short-term claims and getting them paid in time. The proposed solution is a stricter loan policy, setting a loan limit and assigning a rating to the consumers. |
