| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá právními, účetními a daňovými aspekty odměňování zaměstnanců a zastupitelů města Švihova. V teoretické části jsou popsána specifika odměňování zaměstnanců veřejného sektoru z právního, účetního a daňového hlediska a zároveň jsou zde nastíněny základní informace o zastupitelstvech obcí. V další části se práce zaměřuje na zkoumání efektivnosti odměňování zaměstnanců a zastupitelů města Švihova pomocí komparací a výpočtů. Závěrem práce jsou shrnuta doporučení ke zlepšení odměňování zaměstnanců a zastupitelů ve městě Švihově. |
| Abstract in different language: | This presented bachelor theses if focused on legal, accounting and tax aspects of remuneration of Švihov employees and city representatives. In the theoretical part there are described the specifics of remuneration of employees in the public sphere from legal, accounting and tax perspective and there are the basic information about local governments as well. The following part is focused on analyzing the efficiency of remuneration using the comparisons and calculations. In the end of the theses there are summarized the suggestions for improvement of remuneration of Švihov employees and city representatives. |
