| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na situaci a stav ekonomických migrantů na trhu práce v okrese Plzeň-město v časovém období 2000 ? 2010. V první části práce je popsána mezinárodní ekonomická migrace v obecné rovině a její příčiny a důsledky jak na mateřské, tak na cílové země. Dále jsou zde charakterizováni ekonomičtí migranti v České republice. Pracovněprávní podmínky na trhu práce a vývoj jejich počtu ve sledovaném období. Ve druhé části je analyzován vývoj počtu ekonomických migrantů na trhu práce v okrese Plzeň-město. Je přiblížena jejich struktura zaměstnanosti na trhu práce, dále struktura podle státní příslušnosti a nejžádanější profese v okrese. Jsou zde také popsány změny na trhu práce, týkající se ekonomických migrantů v období hospodářské recese. Zmíněna je i role agentur práce zaměstnávající ekonomické migranty na trhu práce v Plzni. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the situation and the state of economic migrants in the labor market in the district of the City of Pilsen in the time period of 2000 - 2010. The first part describes the international economic migration in general and its causes and consequences, both for the home and the destination country. There are also characterized by economic migrants in the Czech Republic. Employment conditions in the labor market and the development of their number in the period. In the second part analyzes the evolution of the number of economic migrants in the labor market in the district of the City of Pilsen. It approached their structure of employment in the labor market, further structure by nationality and the most sought kind of professions in the district. There are also described changes in the labor market on the economic migrants in times of economic recession. Mentioned is also the role of employment agencies employing economic migrants on the labor market in Pilsen. |
