| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je přiblížit čtenářům základní pojmy týkající se stresu, stresorů, náročných životních situací, jejich příčin a následků. V druhé části této práce je popsáno období mladé dospělosti, vysokoškolské období a životní styl dnešní doby. Ve třetí části jsou popsány některé techniky, kterými lze stres do určité míry potlačit nebo ho zmírnit. Jsou to regulační metody, do kterých patří různé relaxační techniky, dechová cvičení a podobně. V praktické části, prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu, je zkoumán život studentů na Západočeské univerzitě v Plzni, jejich nejčastější stresory, náročné životní události a změny, které prožívají během vysokoškolského období. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce readers to the basic concepts related to stress, stressful situations, their causes and consequences. In the second part of this thesis are described the period of young adulthood, college and the lifestyle of today. The third part describes some of the techniques that stress can suppress or mitigate. They are regulatory methods, which include various relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and the like. In the practical part, by quantitative research, is researched the life of students at University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, the most common stressors, stressful life events and changes they experience through the academic route. |
