| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce Problematika agresivity a šikany na 2. stupni základních škol je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část popisuje formy a projevy šikany v obecné rovině, ale také speciálně ve školním prostředí. Jsou zde také uvedeny postupy při řešení šikany, některé metody prevence a výčet organizací, s kterými je možno spolupracovat. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsány konkrétní případy a pohled na šikanu ve škole z hlediska trestního práva. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum provedený metodou dotazníkového šetření ve skupině učitelů a žáků na Základní škole Zárečná v Tachově. Mezi dětmi se výzkum zaměřoval na zjištění míry výskytu šikany v této škole, informovanosti o projevech šikany a důvěře k pedagogickým pracovníkům. Ve skupině učitelů byl výzkum zaměřen na posouzení míry agresivity žáků, schopnosti případnou agresivitu zvládnout, informovanost a dostatečnou znalost postupů při vyšetřování případů šikany. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis The Issue of Aggressiveness and Bullying at The Lower Secondary School is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the forms and the acts of bullying in common and also in specific settings. There is also described the process of solving bullying, some methods of prevention a some organisations which can cooperate with school. In the conclusion of theoretical part some particular cases of bullying can be found as well as legal enactments. The practical part contains the research made by the method which uses a questionnaire. The research was made with the group of teachers and pupils from the primary school Zárečná in Tachov. The research among the pupils focused on the frequency of bullying in their school, how are they informed about bullying and the faith in pedagogical employees. The research among the teachers focused on the level of aggressiveness of pupils in their school and the ability to solve the aggressiveness of pupils. It was also focused on how they are informed about bullying and on knowledge how to solve it. |
