| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresovými faktory u seniorů a jejich subjektivním pocitem stresu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecnou problematiku stáří a stárnutí a na samotný stres. Práce také zjišťuje způsoby vyrovnávání seniorů se stresem. Analýza dosažených výsledků prezentuje informace o stresových faktorech, subjektivním pocitu stresu, způsobech vyrovnávání se seniorů se stresovou zátěží a rozdíly mezi stresory seniorů žijících v samostatné domácnosti a obyvateli domova pro seniory. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with stress factors in the elderly and their subjective feelings of stress. The theoretical part is focused on general problems of old age and aging, and the stress itself. The work also identifies ways of coping with stress seniors. Analysis of the results provides information about stress factors, subjective feelings of stress, ways of coping with stress load seniors and differences between the stressors of seniors living in common households and the inhabitants of retirement homes. |
