| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je charakterizovat a analyzovat nákupní, prodejní a kooperační činnosti ve vybraném podniku Obreta, s. r. o., určit hlavní problémy v těchto oblastech a navrhnout řešení, která povedou ke zlepšení chodu podniku. První kapitola charakterizuje vybraný podnik Obreta, s. r. o. a jeho základní údaje. Druhá kapitola analyzuje výsledky hospodaření a významné zakázky podniku. Následující tři kapitoly charakterizují a poté analyzují nákup, prodej a kooperace v daném podniku. Poslední kapitola zahrnuje SWOT analýzu, tedy zjištění silných a slabých stránek podniku, příležitostí a hrozeb a shrnutí problémů, které byly v rámci analýz nákupu, prodeje a kooperace zjištěny. Dále jsou zde navrhnuta opatření s cílem zefektivnit analyzované oblasti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this bacherol thesis is to characterize and analyze the buying, selling and cooperative activities in the selected company called OBRETA Ltd., and to identify major problems in these areas and propose solutions that will improve business operations. The first chapter describes OBRETA, Ltd. and its basic data. The second chapter analyzes the results of the company and its most important contracts. The following three chapters characterize and then analyze the buying and selling and activities ways of cooperation in the company. The last chapter includes SWOT analysis and thus identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the company, its opportunities and threats and a summary of problems, which have been identified within the analysis. There are also recommended measures to streamline the analyzed areas in the last chapter. |
