| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o analýze a zhodnocení řízení jakosti v nákupu vybraného podniku. Práce je rozdělena do pěti hlavních částí. V první části práce je popsán podnik STAX METAL FIBERS s.r.o., jeho stručná historie, výroba, popis produktů a hospodaření. V dalších dvou částech je práce soustředěna na samotný popis a aplikaci systému managementu kvality ve společnosti. Čtvrtá část je zaměřena na popis činností při nákupu v podniku STAX METAL FIBERS s.r.o. A v poslední části, tedy v závěru práce, se autorka zaměřila na popis vlivu řízení jakosti na hospodaření podniku a následné navrhované opatření a zlepšení, které shrnula prostřednictvím získaných poznatků z teoretické a praktické části. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of quality management in purchasing of chosen company. The work is divided into five main parts. In the first part of this work is described the company STAX METAL FIBERS Ltd., and its brief history, production, description of products and management. In the other two parts the work is focused on the description itself and the application of quality management system within the company. The fourth part is focused on the description of all purchasing activities in the company STAX METAL FIBERS Ltd. And in the last part, thus in the conclusion of this work, the author has focused on the description of the impact of quality management on enterprise management and follow-up of proposed measures and improvements, which she summarized through the obtained findings from theoretical and practical part. |
