| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma ?Efektivní prodej podniku? je zaměřená na popis a analýzu prodeje společnosti Baumit, spol. s. r. o. V úvodu bakalářská práce popisuje vznik, historii firmy od jejího založení až po současnost, srovnává, analyzuje a hodnotí její hospodářské výsledky v posledních letech podle vývoje vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V další části se práce zabývá konkrétní charakteristikou prodeje a jeho problémy ve vybrané společnosti. Po analyzování činností v této oblasti se práce dále zaměřuje na silné a slabé stránky společnosti na trhu. Na konci práce jsou uvedené návrhy na zlepšení prodeje společnosti a závěr. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis themed ?Effective sales of business? is focused on the description and analysis of the sales of company Baumit, Ltd. The introduction of the bachelor thesis describes company´s formation, history from its establishment to the present, it compares, analyzes and evaluates its financial economical results in the recent years according to development of the selected indicators of financial analysis. In the next part this thesis deals with the concrete characteristics of the sales and its problems in the chosen company. After describing of the activities and processes in these areas, this thesis analyzes strengths and weaknesse of the company. In the end, the thesis set out some recommendations and suggestions and the conclusion of the whole work. |
