| Abstract: | S objevem a medicínským využitím magnetické rezonance se otevřely nové obzory v diagnostice nejrůznějších onemocnění lidského těla. Magnetická rezonance mozku se v současné diagnostice nádorových onemocnění nezastupitelnou metodou, bez které si jejich léčbu ani nelze představit. Podává nám nové informace o onemocnění a spolu s ostatními diagnostickými metodami zaručuje komplexní přístup k léčbě nádorového onemocnění. S rozvojem techniky se objevují stále nové možnosti využití magnetické rezonance při diagnostice a léčbě novotvarů v mozku. Tato práce obsahuje v teoretické části popis anatomie mozku, problematiku nádorů mozku a technické principy a možnosti magnetické rezonance. V praktické části demonstruje význam vyšetření pacientů s nádorem mozku na magnetické rezonanci. |
| Abstract in different language: | With the discovery of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and its use in medicine, new horizons in the diagnostics of various diseases of the human body have opened up. Brain MRI has become an irreplaceable method in the current diagnostics of cancer without which the treatment is hard to imagine. It gives us new information about the disease and assures a comprehensive approach to cancer treatment along with the other diagnostic methods. New possibilities of MRI use in the diagnosis and treatment of brain neoplasms still arise with the development of technology. This paper deals with the description of the brain anatomy, brain tumours issues, technical principles and the possibilities of MRI, in the theoretical part. While in the practical part it demonstrates the importance of the examination of patients with brain tumours using MRI. |
